Overeater's Anonymous

The OA group at NEC is designed for anyone who has challenges controlling food intake, is frustrated with dieting, and wants to understand alternative practices that over time can help to reprogram your brain and your heart to a healthier need for food. Join a community of supporters who respect your anonymity and desire to share their own challenges with you as well as their victories! Using the twelve steps and twelve traditions method, everyone in this group provides support in understanding how through the challenges of life we can become dependent on food for comfort. You are not alone, and together you can find the strength to learn new practices that will help you to become free from food obsession.

Financial Health

We help those who are struggling with managing their finances to learn about and then apply God’s principles of managing money so they may experience God’s freedom in this area of their lives. We encourage you to come and enhance your financial management skills by attending a series of Financial Peace University courses and/or individual/personal financial counseling.
